APPOINTMENTS RECOMMENDED FOR IN-OFFICE SERVICES

• Next-day appointments are added daily by 4:30pm at all driver licensing centers, except Waianae and the Commercial Driver Licensing Office. (The purpose of next-day appointments is to offset no-shows and last-minute cancellations).
• Appointments for Saturday hours open by 4:30 p.m. on the Wednesday immediately prior to the Saturday. CLICK HERE for the schedule.
• Please schedule only one appointment per person.
• The federal Real ID enforcement deadline has been extended to May 7, 2025.

MUST PROVIDE ACTIVE MOTOR VEHICLE DEALER LICENSE

• Two appointments per dealer location per day
• Two transactions allowed per appointment
• Transactions will be processed within the appointment window ONLY

APPOINTMENT REQUIRED FOR BICYCLE AND MOPED REGISTRATION SERVICE

• Appointments for bicycle and moped service at Window #17 in the Kapālama Driver Licensing Center are added on Tuesday and Thursday for the following week.
• Alternatively, bicycle and moped services are also available by appointment at all satellite city hall offices.
